NEWS The GRADE Research Consortium will meet in Gothenburg on May 7–8, 2025, for a symposium focusing on inspiring future research on the connection between grand challenges in education and learning, and digital technologies.
The symposium focuses on how digital technology can address the major societal challenges facing education.
Over two days, researchers, PhD students, and alumni will discuss how future research should be organized, which themes should be prioritized — and how collaborations can be strengthened.
The program includes inspiring keynotes, panel discussions, and interactive workshops under themes such as "Organize," "Grand Challenges," and "Approaches." The outcomes will pave the way for future PhD courses, international collaborations, and a special issue on GRADE and major societal challenges.
