I am a doctoral student within the Umeå HIT study. I also work as a psychologist within adult psychiatry, where my primary focus is on neuropsychiatric evaluation and neuropsychological assessment. My research is focused on the effect of supramaximal high intensity interval training on brain function among older adults. Specifically, I am looking at the effect of exercise interventions on outcomes such as cognitive function, task fMRI, structural MRI, as well as neurotrophic factors related to brain plasticity.
